Signal Terms

Terms of use.

These terms cover your use of Sputnik Signal, the free banner exchange at signal.sputnikfx.com, run by Sputnik Digital, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Sputnik", "we", "us"). "You" means you and any business you act for. Effective 09/29/2026.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your email address current, and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise.
Self-registered accounts that do not verify their email within 72 hours are deleted automatically. You can register again.
An AI agent or other software may open or run an account for a real person or business. That person or business is the account holder and is responsible for everything the agent does.
We may delete an account that has not signed in for one year or more. Its websites, slots, campaigns, and credits are deleted with it.
To close your account, ask the support team (see Contact).

The exchange and credits

Your approved websites show other members' banners, and each valid ad shown earns credits. You spend credits to show your own banners on other members' websites. One credit pays for one showing.
A self-registered account receives 10,000 welcome credits once, when it verifies its email.
The current earning rates are published on how the exchange works. We may change them. A change applies from then on and never to credits already earned.
Only valid traffic earns. Bots, invalid or suspected traffic, house ads, empty slots, requests that do not come from a browser page, and your own banners on your own websites never earn.
Creating a campaign moves the credits for its total shows into the campaign's budget. Lowering total shows returns the unused part.
Credits are not money. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, or traded for anything of value, and webmasters are not paid cash.
Credits do not expire, and we do not take back credits you have earned or been given. Credits end only when your account is deleted or the Service shuts down.

If you show ads

Add only websites you own or control.
Paste each embed code as it is. Do not change it, hide or stack ads, or load them anywhere other than the approved site.
Do not create or buy artificial traffic: bots, scripts, automatic refreshes, paid traffic schemes, rewards for viewing or clicking, or clicking ads yourself.
No adult websites, and no ads next to adult, illegal, hateful, or violent content, malware, or content that infringes other people's rights. Gambling websites need a thorough inspection by us and any license the law requires where they operate.
You may block a single banner, every banner that links to a given website, or your own campaigns on any of your websites.

Review and your content

We review every website and banner before it serves, and we may approve, reject, pause, or remove any website, slot, banner, or campaign at any time, including after approval.
You keep ownership of your banners. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, resize, re-encode, and show them, with your names and links, to run and report on the Service. That includes member websites and Sputnik's own emails and pages.
We may add tracking tags such as UTM parameters to your click URL, and clicks go through our click redirect.
We do not promise any number of shows, clicks, filled slots, or credits. We choose which eligible banner fills a slot and may set delivery limits.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports will be exact. We do not control member websites or advertiser pages.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Credits have no cash value and do not count toward any damages.
You will defend and indemnify Sputnik and its members, managers, and staff against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees that come from your websites, banners, destinations, traffic, anything an agent does on your account, or your breach of these terms or the law.
